By accessing or using the Site, requesting information, placing an order, or opting in to receive communications from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or opt in to our communications.

The Site and its content are provided for informational purposes related to PourMyBeer’s self-pour beverage technology products and services. 4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms and Conditions
Program Description: By providing your mobile phone number and opting in through our website, order forms, customer intake process, or other point of collection, you consent to receive text messages (SMS) from PourMyBeer related to customer support and order updates, including but not limited to order confirmations, shipping and delivery status, installation or service scheduling, support ticket updates, and responses to inquiries you submit to us.
4.1 Opt-In
You opt in to receive SMS messages from PourMyBeer by voluntarily submitting your mobile phone number through a Site form, order process, or other consent mechanism and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase.

Our SMS program is available on most major U.S. wireless carriers. Carrier availability is subject to change without notice, and PourMyBeer is not liable for undelivered or delayed messages resulting from carrier network limitations.

Your mobile phone number and related information will be used and stored in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties for marketing purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
